About the company:

The Company is a global brokerage operating across multiple asset classes, including FX, commodities, indices, equities, and crypto CFDs. With advanced technology and a strong focus on risk management, it provides clients with efficient, reliable, and transparent trading solutions.

They are looking for a Trader (Execution). The position would be ideal for a candidate with a STEM background and prior experience in trading or operations, who is eager to develop within a fast-paced, global trading environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves executing trades across multiple asset classes while adhering to risk and hedging policies.
  • You are required to monitor client flow, exposures, and hedge positions in real time.
  • You'll be responsible to operate trading and liquidity systems such as MT4/MT5 and aggregation platforms (PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, MahiMarkets).
  • Administering best execution practices by monitoring spreads, slippage, pricing, and order routing.
  • Your role also involves liaising with Liquidity Providers to address execution issues, fills, and trade discrepancies.
  • Supporting risk management processes, including monitoring limits and escalating breaches when necessary.
  • Assisting in trade reconciliation and resolving execution-related problems.
  • Collaborating with risk, trading operations, and quant teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade lifecycle management.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess 2–5 years of experience as a Trader, Execution Specialist, or in trading operations.
  • Quite an acquaintance of working within a CFD broker, fund trading desk, or bank environment.
  • Must be skilled in using MT4/MT5 and at least one aggregation system (PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, or MahiMarkets).
  • Ensure that you deliver accurate execution supported by strong knowledge of CFD products and workflows.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while demonstrating quick decision-making under pressure.
  • You are also expected to have a degree in a STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills are essential.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FIX protocol and API trading.
  • Understanding of risk models such as VaR, stress testing, or exposure monitoring.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for reporting and analytics.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements related to execution and best practices.
