The Financial Reporting Expert will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company's financial reporting. Key responsibilities include managing statutory reporting obligations, supporting financial statement audits, overseeing tax and VAT compliance processes, and preparing reports for regulatory and statistical authorities.

Additional duties cover producing tax calculations, managing interim payments, and delivering high-quality ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support annual and interim financial statement audits in line with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by statistical authorities and other regulatory bodies.
  • Review and validate VAT returns prior to submission, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze tax calculations for interim and annual payments.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial and management reports as requested by senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation, and internal control frameworks.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments to ensure smooth reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualification.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Previous experience in a multinational or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with statistical and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience preparing tax calculations and managing interim/annual payments.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4HANA Public Cloud.
