The IT End User Support Officer Role

The successful candidate's key responsibilities include the following:

  • Focusing on End User Support.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all technology assets of the Firm.
  • Performing regular maintenance procedures for all hardware.
  • Conducting routine tests on all operating and communication systems to always ensure proper functioning.
  • Protecting all hardware against viruses and external interference.
  • Providing operational support and assistance through the ServiceNow helpdesk.
  • Ensuring compliance with MSF12 (Security Updates, Windows build, software, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Approximately 0-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the following will be considered an advantage:

Ms Windows 11

Ms Office 365 or later

IT hardware maintenance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, verbal and written.
