This role will own the entire marketing processes function — strategy implementation, execution, and everything in between. It exists to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to our marketing efforts, ensuring that campaigns are not only designed but delivered and bring result. The focus is on driving alignment across brand, product marketing, content, events and performance, while streamlining the processes for high-performing team.

What you will do:  

  • Build and optimize processes between teams (briefs, approvals, review cycles, reports).
  • Acting as the operational core of marketing — managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-through 
  • Own project management tools, dashboards, and reporting cadences.
  • Ensure deadlines are realistic, then met.
  • Translate strategy into execution plans with clear ownership
  • Identify bottlenecks in teams' operations and propose fixes.
  • Balance priorities across campaigns, launches, and ongoing marketing.
  • Run team meetings, manage follow-ups, and escalate issues.
  • Act as delegate in leadership meetings when CMO is away - translate strategy into execution plans with clear ownership.
  • Create overall marketing projects' visibility (roadmaps, calendars, reports).
  • Help structure the budget and implement an ROI system to ensure the budget is being spent efficiently.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs that inform performance and drive improvement.
  • Build and maintain marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps for visibility and alignment.
  • Continuously refine, educate, and update processes to ensure they remain effective and future-proof.

What we need:

  • You bring 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within SaaS, tech, or product-led companies
  • You've led multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and understand the lifecycle from idea to launch
  • You've worked in lean environments, where you had to roll up your sleeves and drive outcomes without heavy team structures
  • You bring a strong project management mindset — timelines, accountability, stakeholder coordination, and delivery are second nature to you
  • You're confident writing briefs, reviewing content, refining positioning, and keeping cross-functional teams on track
  • You know how to translate business needs into marketing actions, and you keep a clear line between priorities and noise
  • You understand the role of storytelling, branding, and consistency in building long-term trust and recognition
  • You're a sharp communicator, internally and externally, with an ability to balance structure with creativity
  • You're collaborative and thrive in partnerships — especially with performance, design and leadership teams 
  • You have experience leading cross-functional workstreams and working with project management tools (i.e. Jira, Monday. com etc.)You're comfortable being the one who ensures marketing doesn't just plan — but executes and delivers

Interview Process:

  • Step 1 – Interview with Head of Talent Acquisition (45 min) An introduction to our company and the role. We'll discuss your motivation, career background, and answer any initial questions you may have.
  • Step 2 – Interview with the Chief Marketing Officer (1 h) A deeper discussion on your expertise in marketing operations, your approach to strategy, and how you collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Step 3 – Technical / Case Discussion (45 min) You'll receive two role-related topics in advance. In this session, you'll walk the panel through an end-to-end example — focusing on what you specifically did at each stage. No formal slides are required; the emphasis is on your thinking and practical approach.
