Responsibilities:

  • Creating social media content on Canva including Instagram Reels and TikToks.
  • Scheduling social media content on Hootsuite.
  • Community management across all social channels.
  • Researching potential ideas for our social channels and marketing efforts.
  • Acquiring new leads for the sales team via online research such as LinkedIn, Google, business directories etc.
  • Data entry, management and organisation.
  • Picking and packing online orders.
  • Office organisation.
  • General administration.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel efficiently and effective.
  • Experience and expertise in Canva.
  • Experience and expertise in Hootsuite.
  • Experience in social media management.
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus.
  • Fluent English is essential.

Other Information:

  • Salary offered is between €1,500 - €1,800/month, depending on experience.
