Role Description
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Business Development Manager (BDM) at Robonote, a leading AI-driven platform revolutionizing customer interactions. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by generating new leads, qualifying potential customers, and closing deals. As part of our collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively source and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-up.
- Customer Engagement: Schedule and conduct product demos, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize our sales processes and increase efficiency.
- Data Management: Accurately track and manage customer information in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in tech or SaaS.
- Experience in generating leads from LinkedIn, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
