Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Back Office Employee (CRM Administrator) to join our team in Limassol. In this role, you will be responsible for generating reports, checking CRM updates, maintaining office services, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests. You will also act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries and manage customer databases. This position is based in our Limassol Office and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process compensations and bonuses.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date data through regular updates.

· Ensure data accuracy and communicate errors to relevant users.

· Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.

· Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries.

· Organize and update customer databases.

· Coordinate with various departments for timely responses to customer requests.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of professionalism.

· Self-learner and highly motivated individual.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

· Experience with Salesforce systems (not mandatory, but advantageous).

· Knowledge of the American banking system (not mandatory, but advantageous).

· Previous experience in a CRM/Backoffice role (not mandatory, but advantageous).

· Candidates must possess permanent residency status in Cyprus to be considered for this position.

· Holder of a US Visa will be considered as an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 12 AM (CY Time).

Location: Limassol / Cyprus; on site.

Holidays: Closed on American bank holidays; offering double salary on Cyprus bank holidays.

Probation: 6 months.

Salary: A competitive salary is offered, depending on experience.
