We are a rapidly expanding, regulated iGaming company in Limassol seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to manage key client relationships and drive growth.

Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Growth Specialist. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of allocated B2B clients, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, experience working with CRM software (i.e., Asana) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and a proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact, building and managing long-term relationships with a portfolio of allocated B2B clients;
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors;
  • Managing multiple B2B clients in a professional manner, conducting regular e-meetings, and maintaining backlogs of client requirements;
  • Participating in negotiating, creating, and executing joint marketing campaigns with B2B clients;
  • Working with B2B clients to compile data and insights on product performance, the effects of targeted campaigns, and promotions;
  • Upselling existing clients on new products and premium offerings, expanding their product footprint;
  • Liaising with the Product and internal departments to address client inquiries and concerns, including Operations and CRM, and communicating feedback;
  • Working towards achieving individual targets and department KPIs;
  • Analyzing B2B client services and traffic patterns to advise on customer growth;
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service daily;
What You Should Have

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University/college education preferred;
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in account management or relevant position required;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English required; additional languages a plus;
  • Experience working with CRM software (i.e., Asana) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment;
  • Attention to detail and quality of work;
  • European citizenship;

  • Salary range: €1,650 per month plus monthly bonus and salary increase after 3rd month review;
