Emerald Zebra is a recruitment agency that specializes in finding top talent for companies across various industries. Our client, a prestigious company with a rich history spanning over 170 years, is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join their team in Limassol.

As an Administrative and Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting senior managers and contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities- Manage files and paperwork efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, maintaining records and preparing financial reports as required
- Assist senior managers with daily administrative duties, including documentation for exports and imports, arranging shipments, and monitoring client accounts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Business or Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a textiles and garments industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Greek
- Permanent residency and legal entitlement to work in Cyprus
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
