Welcome to our Research and Data Science group, where we drive transformative changes in AI innovation. As an AI Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI applications, focusing on Generative AI and supporting AI operations.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of financial technology. In this role, you will:

  • Develop impactful solutions using 3rd party AI products, Open-Source technologies, and in-house innovations.
  • Lead technical solution development, from high-level system design to application development and data integration.
  • Monitor existing AI systems for issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with business, product, and technical teams to address challenges throughout the machine learning and data science lifecycle.

You will partner with Product teams to implement AI strategies, adopting new methods and tools, and solicit continuous feedback from stakeholders to enhance and maintain developed models in production.

Qualifications

A strong educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.

Experience with AI tools and their application to solving business problems, with a focus on Generative AI.

Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in other languages a plus.

Data engineering skills, including data parsing, dataset wrangling, web scraping, data transformation, and data integration.

Cloud AI knowledge, with experience in Microsoft Azure AI services and AWS AI services.
