On behalf of our client, we are seeking a
Hotel
Operations Manager
, an experienced professional, to manage and supervise luxury apartments and hotels.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service standards, and the optimal management of facilities and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operation of apartments and hotels
  • Organizing and supervising staff, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Monitoring check-in/check-out procedures and guest services
  • Optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency
  • Implementing quality standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing budgets and preparing cost/revenue reports

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Operations or Hotel Management
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of Greek and English

The candidate must be a permanent resident of Cyprus or hold a valid EU work permit.

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα έχει την ευθύνη να διασφαλίζει την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία, την υψηλή ποιότητα υπηρεσιών και την βέλτιστη διαχείριση των εγκαταστάσεων και του προσωπικού.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση καθημερινής λειτουργίας διαμερισμάτων και ξενοδοχείων
  • Οργάνωση και επίβλεψη προσωπικού, καθαριότητας και συντήρησης.
  • Παρακολούθηση διαδικασιών άφιξης και αναχώρησης και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργικών διαδικασιών για αύξηση αποδοτικότητας.
  • Εφαρμογή πολιτικών ποιότητας και τήρηση κανονισμών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
  • Διαχείριση προυπολογισμού και αναφορών κόστων/εσόδων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση Operations/ Hotel Management
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης αποφάσεων.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ηγετική ικανότητα.
  • Γνώση χρήσης συστημάτων διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων MicrosoftOffice.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών.

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α πρέπει να είναι μόνιμος κάτοικος Κύπρου ή να διαθέτει έγκυρη άδεια εργασίας στην ΕΕ.
