The JOB HOUSE, a licensed recruitment agency (License No. 505), is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Limassol.

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage the daily front-office operations and provide administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring the smooth and professional running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and emails

  • Maintain filing systems and office records

  • Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules

  • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed

  • Handle basic invoicing, document preparation, and office supplies ordering

Requirements
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role will be considered an advantage
