В этой роли вы будете работать с командами и менеджерами, сопровождать ключевые HR-процессы и выступать связующим звеном между людьми и бизнесом.

Какие задачи вам предстоит решать:

  • Вести ключевые HR-процессы: адаптация, оценка, мотивация, удержание сотрудников.
  • Поддерживать прозрачную и эффективную коммуникацию между командами.
  • Работать с документами и поддерживать порядок в процессах.
  • Участвовать в реализации HR-проектов внутри компании.
  • Участвовать в организации корпоративных мероприятий и других внутренних событий.

Что для нас важно:

  • Опыт работы в HR (HR Manager, HR Generalist, People Partner) в геймдеве/IT от 2 лет.
  • Понимание HR-метрик и навыки работы с HR-аналитикой.
  • Владение методиками оценки сотрудников.
  • Уверенное пользование Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Английский язык на уровне A2+ (чтение статей, понимание терминологии).
  • Навыки организации корпоративных ивентов и тимбилдингов. Опыт в ивент-менеджменте: планирование, бюджетирование, работа с подрядчиками.

Будет плюсом:

  • Образование или практический опыт в области психологии.
