О позиции

Мы ищем инициативного и целеустремлённого специалиста, который действительно увлечён своей работой и стремится развиваться вместе с компанией. Нам нужен профессионал, понимающий специфику платёжных решений и готовый брать ответственность за результат.

Основные задачи

  • Ведение переговоров с текущими и потенциальными платёжными провайдерами (коммерческие условия, комиссии, функционал, интеграции);
  • Полное сопровождение процесса подключения PSP — от оценки и переговоров до технического запуска и дальнейшей оптимизации;
  • Мониторинг стабильности и эффективности платёжных каналов (approval rate, chargeback, downtime и пр.);
  • Анализ платёжных потоков по регионам и методам для выявления узких мест и улучшения конверсии;

— интеграции, решение технических вопросов, масштабирование;

— обеспечение соответствия платёжных возможностей бизнес-потребностям;
- Подготовка аналитических отчётов и рекомендаций по оптимизации платёжных решений.

Требования

  • Опыт работы с платёжными системами и методами (опыт в Европе будет преимуществом);
  • Понимание различий между e-commerce и P2P (peer-to-peer) платежами;
  • Умение вести переговоры и анализировать показатели эффективности;
  • Инициативность, внимательность к деталям и готовность к развитию.

Цели на испытательный срок

  • Подключить не менее пяти новых платёжных каналов (методов или провайдеров) для приоритетных регионов;
  • Оптимизировать существующие провайдерские отношения (повышение approval rate, снижение комиссий, расширение покрытия);
  • Достичь оборота от новых каналов в первые три месяца;
  • Провести анализ платёжных потоков и определить ключевые точки роста.
