PSP Relationships Manager

The PSP Relationships Manager will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the company's network of payment partners. This includes managing commercial relationships, negotiating terms, optimizing routing and processing costs, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders — all with the goal of maximizing payment success rates for merchants.
Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of iGaming and fintech merchants, maintaining long-term, trusted relationships
Understand client needs and business goals, aligning PSP solutions accordingly.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional payment products.
Conduct regular business reviews and present insights, performance data, and new product updates.
Oversee daily account operations, ensuring smooth payment processing and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments (Technical Support, Risk, Compliance, Product) to address client requests effectively.
Monitor KPIs such as transaction success rates, chargebacks, and processing volumes, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Manage contract renewals and renegotiations, ensuring optimal and mutually beneficial terms.
Strategy & Business Development
Act as a subject matter expert on the gaming and payments landscape, sharing insights on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Provide structured feedback to the product and strategy teams to influence future product development.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building and strengthening key industry relationships.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate client records, communications, and performance data in the CRM system.
Prepare regular management reports summarizing client performance and market insights.
Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications4+ years' experience in payments, PSP management, acquiring relationships, or merchant acquiring.
Strong understanding of the global payment ecosystem, including card schemes, APMs, FX settlement, chargebacks, and risk controls.
Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing high-value partnerships.
Excellent knowledge of payment routing, BIN sponsorships, merchant onboarding, and scheme compliance.
Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or eCommerce sectors is a plus.
