Description:

Tempo Beverages Cyprus is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Retail Sales Promoter for Paphos/ Limassol. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities, among others, include:

·      Weekly visits to a pre-defined customer base focusing on customer service, ordering, sales growth, new listings & profit maximization by using efficiently the Company's resources

·      Identify & commence cooperation with new customers, expand customer base range

·      Prepare and submit a weekly working plan to the Sales Team Leader and Sales Director

·      Prepare ahead of the next working day: changeover to working with a tablet review the sales report at customer level. Checking commitments to the customer, identify opportunities for growth, preparing credits, customer ledger adjustment etc

·      Total familiarity with the trading terms and product range

·      Customer debt-collection within agreed timespan

·      Provide regularly information regarding market trends, competitive launches and competitive activities (new products, new packaging, competitors' sales promotion, sales campaigns, prices etc.)

·    Customer retention (fixed systematic visits, readily available by telephone, punctual performance of commitments to the customer, handling customer problems in real time, updating the customer on market trends, attentively respond to customer's needs, etc)

·     Initiating and visiting sales promotions at the point

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in Greek and English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and passionate for sales
  • Ability to work independent and within a team
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Responsible and honest person
