The Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented
Account Manager
to become the primary point of contact for our merchants and partners. You'll ensure smooth onboarding, build strong long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for mutual growth, all while working with a cutting-edge fintech product

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for assigned merchants and partners after onboarding.
  • Understand clients' payment setup, business needs, and priorities to provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical, compliance, and support teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Monitor client performance (volumes, approval rates, costs) and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Upsell additional services, products, or integrations to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Maintain CRM records and report on account health, feedback, and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partner relations (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of online payments (PSPs, acquirers, alternative payment methods, APIs, compliance basics).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trusted long-term relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable with data and performance metrics.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
