Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT on-site and remote support to employees in several countries.
  • Support Windows systems and services: Desktops, Printers and Servers.
  • Ensure maintenance of IT infrastructure: Wireless/wired networks, passive/active network devices and LAN/WAN services.
  • Support and maintain company IP telephony system, end user phones, fax, etc.
  • Diagnose and resolve ongoing hardware/software issues.
  • Carry out periodic updates of the operating systems or applicable software.
  • Participate in local and global projects.
  • Maintain hardware inventories and software licenses.
  • Manage local IT procurement.
  • Contribute to the creation/change of documentation, knowledge base, and manuals.
  • Maintain users' management in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow relevant IT and security processes, policies, guidelines, standards, and blueprints.
  • Provide regular reports.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude for any incoming support requests.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2 and above.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft based infrastructure - AD, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of Office 365/Sharepoint/Azure AD/MDM is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, roles of network appliances and services.
  • Knowledge of VoIP Telephone system – Asterisk.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to understand and resolve network and performance related problems.
  • Experience with Scripts & automation is an advantage – PowerShell.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Self and quick learner.
  • Team player.
