What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage new global business partners to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key partners across global markets.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop new products and manage projects.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals.
  • Drive the design and execution of business plans to expand market presence.
  • Monitor emerging markets and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of
    Business Development
    experience in
    e-payment solutions or financial services
    in Cyprus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Sales expertise in pricing, pitching, negotiation, and prospecting.
  • Knowledge of digital payment innovations is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bangkok for at least 1 year.
