Customer Support Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling console and account inquiries on a daily basis, providing exceptional player satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls, live chats, and emails related to console and network queries.
- Focus on high-level customer service, resolving issues such as account resets and payment inquiries.
- Work well under pressure and multitask to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills.
- High School Diploma and clear criminal record.
- Friendly demeanor, reliable, and punctual.
- Proficient in computer and technology use.
- Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Starting Gross Salary: 1350 EUR per month.
- Language Bonus: 150 EUR per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 420 EUR based on achieving KPIs.
Relocation Packages:
- Option 1: Arrange own flight and accommodation, receive 1000 EUR from the company.
- Option 2: Book own flight (up to 300 EUR refund), stay in company accommodation for up to 2 months.
