About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Portuguese-speaking Sales and Account Manager to proactively engage with players via outbound calls, provide assistance with site usage, and promote our entertainment offering. The ideal candidate will have a comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions.

  • Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist new and current players in overcoming any blockers to enjoying our products.
  • Promote our site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication skills at a bilingual or native level of Portuguese and English.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
