Job Description

We are seeking an experienced High-Value Account Relationship Manager to join our international entertainment team. As a key player in our VIP account management team, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players across various markets.

About the Role
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP players, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain personalized relationships with high-value players, delivering exceptional customer service and tailored experiences to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
  • Nurturing Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their preferences and providing tailored support to maximize player value.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for VIP players, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Promotions and Incentives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and promotions specifically tailored to VIP players in your region.
  • Player Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze player activity, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance player engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the iGaming industry, with a strong emphasis on VIP player management.
  • Profound understanding of the iGaming market, along with in-depth knowledge of player preferences.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual or native level of Norwegian or Finnish, as well as good communication skills in English.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a firm commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours, as VIP player management may occasionally require evening and weekend availability.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
